Private Functions and Business Meetings

Business facilities
The Village Room is available for conferences, presentations and business meetings. Situated on the first floor, the room ensures privacy and plenty of natural light. The room is equipped with a 42 inch plasma screen for professional presentations; flipcharts are also available on request. Access is extremely easy from the nearby M6, M56 and M62, or from Warrington town. There is ample free parking at the venue.

Seating capacities are as follows:

Theatre style up to 30 delegates
Boardroom style up to 20 delegates
U-shape up to 14 delegates, (facing the screen)
up to 20 delegates, (not facing the screen)
Classroom style up to 16 delegates

Tea and coffee is available in the room, and you may break out to the restaurant or Bridgewater Room for lunch, or have lunch served in the room.

Delegates may choose from the a la carte menu mid-morning, to have their meal served at lunchtime, or may have a buffet lunch.

Room hire is free for a minimum of ten delegates who are eating meals. For meetings which do not require meals, the room cost is £70.00 per day, 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Special occasions and private dining
We will deliver your special event or private function with style and sophistication.

The Village Room seats up to thirty guests, and is ideal for private occasions which require a buffet or a formal meal.

The Bridgewater Room is available until 4pm each day, has a private bar and covered outdoor area. This room is perfect for buffets of up to fifty guests.

The Village Room is available at no cost for parties of ten or more. The Bridgewater Room is available at no cost for larger buffets. If you require a formal meal, we will be delighted to tailor a menu to suit your specific requirements.
